How Your Portrait Is Created

Your portrait is created using AI technology that seamlessly integrates your pet's face into one of our original character designs. The AI analyses your pet photo and places their face into the design you selected, matching lighting, proportion, and style.

All original artwork, character designs, costumes, backgrounds, and compositions were conceived and crafted by our design team in Australia. The AI does not create the designs — it integrates your pet into them.

What AI Is and Is Not Used For

• AI is used for: integrating your pet's face into the selected design, matching lighting and perspective, generating the preview image you see on screen.
• AI is not used for: creating the original character designs or artwork, making product decisions, or any customer communications.

Your Pet Photo

Your pet photo is used solely to generate your portrait. It is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after your portrait is created — typically within 60 seconds. It is never used to train AI models, stored beyond generation, or shared with any third party.

Result Variability

AI generation results vary depending on the quality, angle, and lighting of the photo you provide. A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo produces the best results. You have the opportunity to review your portrait before purchasing and may use your remaining free attempts to try again with a different photo if needed.
